Captain Stefan G. Endicott
Inspector-Instructor, Military Police Company C, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion

Captain Stefan Endicott is currently assigned as the Inspector-Instructor for Military Police Company “C”, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Wright-Patterson AFB.

Captain Endicott is a notice of Redwood City, California. Captain Endicott enlisted in the Marine Corps on June 4, 2001 and attended Recruit Training at MCRD San Diego, California. Upon completion, he attended the School of Infantry (SOI), at Camp Pendleton, California and received the MOS 0311 Basic Infantryman.

In October 2001, Private First Class Endicott reported to Security Forces Training Battalion in Chesapeake, Virginia. After graduation from Basic Security Guard School, Private First Class Endicott received the MOS 8152 Basic Security Guard and reported to Marine Security Forces Company Bangor in Silverdale, Washington. In March 2002, Private First Class Endicott was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal. In June 2002, Lance Corporal Endicott attended Close Quarters Battle Course and upon graduating received the MOS of 8154 Close Quarters Battle Team Member. In March of 2003, Lance Corporal Endicott was promoted to the rank of Corporal. In August 2003, Corporal Endicott attended Infantry Squad Leaders Course.  

In November 2003, Corporal Endicott received orders to First Battalion, Seventh Marines in Twenty-nine Palms, California. Corporal Endicott held the billet of Squad Leader and deployed with the unit in September 2004, to Husaybah, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. In June 2005, Corporal Endicott was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

In June 2005, Sergeant Endicott received orders to First Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion in Camp Pendleton, California. Throughout the tour, he held the billet of Weapons Platoon Sergeant and Company Chief Scout. He attended Sergeant’s Course and Formal School Instructors Course. He deployed with the unit in September 2005 in support of OIF 4-06 and again in March 2007 in support of OIF 6-08.

In April 2008, Sergeant Endicott received orders to Drill Instructor School, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California, Class 3-08. After completing Drill Instructor School, Sergeant Endicott served as a Drill Instructor for First Battalion, Company “C” and as the Routing Chief for Weapons & Field Training Battalion (WFTBN) Camp Pendleton, CA. Sergeant Endicott was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant in January 2009 and separated from active duty in June of 2010.
    
In June 2010, Staff Sergeant Endicott entered the Select Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) and relocated to Oxford, Ohio where he was joined to Military Police Company “C” Dayton, Ohio.         

While with Military Police Company “C” he served as the Company Operations Chief and as a Platoon Commander. From June to August 2011, Staff Sergeant Endicott attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) where he graduated second in the Battalion and first within his Company.   

In October 2012, Staff Sergeant Endicott transferred from Military Police Company “C” to Company “L” 3rd Battalion, 25th Marines where he served as the Company Gunnery Sergeant until he received his commission in March 2013.

In October 2013, Second Lieutenant Endicott reported to The Basic School. He graduated in May of 2014 within the top five percent of his class and was placed on the Commandant’s List.

In May 2014, Second Lieutenant Endicott received orders to First Law Enforcement Battalion and began the Military Police Basic Officer Course (MPBOLC) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in July 2014 and graduated in November 2014 as the class Honor Graduate.  Upon graduation from MPBOLC, Second Lieutenant Endicott returned to First Law Enforcement Battalion where he served in Company “A” as a Platoon Commander and Executive Officer. Second Lieutenant Endicott was promoted to First Lieutenant in March 2015.

In May 2016, First Lieutenant Endicott was temporarily assigned to the 13th MEU in order to augment as the Detachment Commander for the Law Enforcement Detachment during WESTPAC 16.1 until October 2016 when he returned to his position at First Law Enforcement Battalion as the Executive Officer for Company “A”.

In January 2017, First Lieutenant Endicott executed orders to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in order to attend Resident Professional Military Education (PME) at the Army’s Military Police Captain’s Career Course. First Lieutenant Endicott successfully completed Resident PME in June 2017 and was subsequently assigned to the Marine Corps Detachment Fort Leonard Wood where he served as the Military Police Officer Basic Course OIC and the Executive Officer for Military Police Instruction Company. First Lieutenant Endicott was promoted to the rank of Captain in October 2017.

In July 2019, Captain Endicott reported to Military Police Company “C”, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion, Wright-Patterson AFB.

Captain Endicott’s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with two gold stars in lieu of third award, The Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat Distinguishing Device, and three gold stars in lieu of fourth award.
