Biography

 

Captain Craig J. Frost
Company Commander
H&S Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment

Captain Frost commissioned into the Marine Corps in November 2014. After completion of Basic Officer Course, Infantry Officer Course, and Scout Sniper Instructor Course he reported to Weapons Training Battalion in December 2015, where he functioned as the Assistant Operations Officer. In May 2017, Captain Frost transferred from the active component and joined the United States Marine Corps Reserve taking command of Second Platoon, Charlie Company, First Battalion 1/25.

After serving as a Platoon Commander for multiple line platoons and Weapons Platoon Commander with Charlie Company 1/25, Captain Frost became the Executive Officer and Fire Support Team Leader in July 2018. Shortly thereafter, he deployed as the Executive Officer with Charlie Company for UDP 20.1 to Okinawa Japan. While mobilized, Captain Frost coordinated various account turnovers CONUS and OCONUS, developed a training plan with a Republic of Korea Marine Corps Reconnaissance unit, and numerous training evolutions across Okinawa, mainland Japan, and Korea. Upon return to CONUS, he continued serving as Charlie Company’s Executive Officer until October 2022 where he served as the Battalion Liaison Officer in the Operations Section. After serving several months in this capacity, Captain Frost took command of Headquarters and Service Company 1/25.

For his civilian job, Captain Frost works as a Commercial Business Development Account Manager for Hutchinson Industries in Trenton, NJ where he coordinates all sales and project management for the commercial off-road truck market. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Studies with a Specialization in Health and fitness training and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Daemen College.
