SPECIAL SECURITY OFFICE
MISSION:
Administer the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program for Marine Forces Reserve (including each MSC and Force Level unit).
Maintain eligibility data for all 02XX and 26XX Reserve Marines.
Manage SCI access for the MARFORRES Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
Coordinate with other SSOs regarding SCI Access.
Coordinate submission of the Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) for MARFORRES Marines.
Every Reserve Marine is required to complete and submit a Conflict of Interest form to the SSO. If you do not remember completing this form, please send an email to the SSO.
Annual Security Awareness Training:
-Marines from Intelligence Support Battalion, please contact your Company SSR via email after completing this brief. List your full name, rank, and date that you completed the training.
-All others, please contact the MARFORRES SSO via email after completing this brief. List your full name, rank, and date that you completed the training.
