Career Retirement Credit Report (CRCR)

Members of the Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR), Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMA) and members of the Individual Ready Reserves (IRR) earn retirement credit upon completion of a satisfactory year.  The CRCR consists of Reserve Marines participation points applicable towards retirement.  One CRCR point is awarded for each day of active duty or during each drill period. Retirement credit may also be earned through Marine Corps Institute Distance Education Courses (MCI’s) as well as Marine Net Courses which is determined per study hour.
