Biography

 

Captain Jordan D. Eberle
Inspector-Instructor
November Battery, 5th Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment

Jordan Eberle is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. He attended college at The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina and earned his degree in criminal justice, he attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) in June 2017 and was commissioned in May 2018.  

Second Lieutenant Eberle attended The Basic School in Quantico, VA in September 2018. Once completed he departed to Fort Sill, OK where he attended Marine Artillery Officer Basic Course. Upon Graduating from Fort Sill, Second Lieutenant Eberle reported to Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 11th Marines in December 2019. While serving as a Guns Platoon Commander Second Lieutenant Eberle attended and graduated Fast Rope Masters Course in February 2020. 

From January 2020 to November 2020, First Lieutenant Eberle served as Guns Platoon Commander, Battery B. During November 2020 Battery B attached to Battalion Landing Team (BLT) 1/1, in support of the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).  From August 2021 to March 2022, Bravo Battery deployed attached to BLT 1/1 in support of the 11th MEU. During this time First Lieutenant Eberle served as Fire Direction Officer, Headquarters Platoon Commander/AXO and Executive Officer. 

In May 2022 Captain Eberle received orders to serve as Inspector-Instructor, Battery N, 5th Battalion, 14th Marines.
