ABOUT 

Mountain Warfare Training Exercise (MTX) 2022 sees 1st Battalion, 24th Marines (Reinforced) conducting Mountain Exercise 4-22 aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center Bridgeport, Calif., in order to sustain individual warfighting  proficiency and improve, sustain, and evaluate company-level offensive and defensive tasks as well as battalion-level planning and command and control.

Maj. Gen. William T. Collins speaks at a change of command ceremony where he relinquished command as the commanding general of 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, to Brig. Gen. Bradley S. James at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., April 29, 2016. Collins is looking forward to his next mission at North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, where he will serve as the advisor to the commander.
