Only S-1 can tell you to show up on a different day than listed.
1a. WEEKEND CHECK-IN
If you are scheduled to report on a weekend, call the duty number the day prior to reporting. The duty will notify you that you need to come in that day or to show up the next work day.
2. FOR MARINES COMING FROM BOOT CAMP
When you check in, you need to bring all of your Marine Corps paperwork since enlistment. Especially your flight receipts and itineraries. These documents heavily affect your entitlements and reimbursements.
3. REVIEW THE UNIFORM ORDERS and double check your Service A's before coming in. You know when you are checking in -- there are no excuses.
