Col Michael Bracewell, Commanding Officer of 4th Law Enforcement Battalion (4th LEB), reports to Brigadier General Michael F. Fahey, Commanding General of Force Headquarters Group (FHG), at the Battalion’s change of command ceremony, held on January 21, 2017 at 4th Law Enforcement Battalion’s headquarters in St. Paul, Minnesota. During that change of command ceremony, Col Bracewell relinquished command of 4th LEB to incoming commanding officer LtCol Johnny Gutierrez. 4th Law Enforcement Battalion (4th LEB), a subordinate unit of FHG, is a reserve Marine Corps military police battalion.
