The 4th Marine Logistics Group (MLG) Leader Development Working Group met in New Orleans on March 28-29 to develop effective solutions to improve leadership skills within 4th MLG. This diverse working group of Active, Active Reserve, and Reserve Marines, and Sailors was tasked with developing a solution to improve individual leadership skills which will enhance performance, mission execution, and retention within 4th MLG.
