Lt. General Richard P. Mills celebrates Lundi Gras 2015

Rex, the King of Carnival, greets the New Orleans community and invites everyone to celebrate during the Zulu Lundi Gras Festival in downtown New Orleans, Feb. 16, 2015. Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills and fellow service members attended the festival to show the military’s continuing support to the New Orleans community.
