First Sergeant Wagy serves as the Inspector-Instructor First Sergeant for Company C, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion,
Boise Idaho.

First Sergeant Wagy is a native of Mead, Colorado. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in December of 2007 and graduated
from 1st Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA in October 2008.

In November 2008, First Sergeant Wagy reported to Marine Aviation Training Group 21 in Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. During
August 2008, he obtained the primary MOS of 6073, Aviation Ground Support Equipment Electrician.

In September 2009, First Sergeant Wagy orders to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron (MALS) 31, Marine Air Group 31, 2nd Marine
Aircraft Wing. During his time with MALS-31 he earned many maintenance qualifications to include full systems Collateral Duty
Inspector, Quality Assurance Representative, Work Center Supervisor, and Production Control Chief. He deployed in support of
Operation Enduring Freedom in Helmand Province, Afghanistan and participated in the West Pacific Unit Deployment Program (UDP)
to Japan.

In December 2013, First Sergeant Wagy reported to Basic Recruiting School, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA and was
later assigned to Recruiting Sub-station West Omaha, Recruiting Station Des Moines, 9th Marine Corps District. While assigned to
Recruiting Sub-station Omaha he was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and Gunnery Sergeant where he served as a
Canvassing Recruiter and Staff Non-commissioned Officer in charge.

In January 2017, First Sergeant Wagy reported for duty to Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Marine Unit, Marine Corps
Air Station New River, NC, where he served in the billets as the Squadron Gunnery Sergeant and Support Equipment Staff Non
Commissioned Officer in Charge. In October 2017, First Sergeant Wagy was later assigned to MALS-29, Marine Air Group 29, 2nd
Marine Aircraft Wing and served as the Support Equipment Division Chief.

In February 2020, First Sergeant Wagy reported for duty to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One, Yuma, AZ where he
served as the Aviation Ground Support Equipment Chief. He was then promoted to First Sergeant and was assigned to Marine Wing
Support Squadron 371 where he served as the Engineer Operations Company First Sergeant. In June 2022, he executed orders to
Inspector-Instructor Duty, Company C, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Marine Division, Boise, Idaho; where he is
currently serving as the Inspector-Instructor First Sergeant.

First Sergeant Wagy`s personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation medal (3rd award) and Navy and Marine
Corps Achievement Medal (2nd award).
