Sergeant Major Weber enlisted in the Marine Corps in October of 1993 and attended Marine Corps Recruit depot San Diego, California where he graduated on July 8th of 1994.

Upon completion of recruit training he attended School of Infantry (SOI) and Machine Gunners school, after which he was assigned to Charlie Company 1st Battalion 24th Marines, Weapons Platoon.  He spent four years and was promoted to the rank of sergeant in 1997.

In January of 1998, Sergeant Major Weber left active duty and joined selected Marine Corps Reserves serving with Heavy Guns Platoon with Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion 24th Marine Regiment. Over the years he served as 3rd Section Leader and later Platoon Sergeant.

In May of 2002, Sergeant Major Weber reported to 1st Battalion 23rd Marines for UNITAS South America Bi-Lateral training, he was assigned as M240 Machinegun Section Leader during a six month deployment.

Sergeant Major Weber returned to Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion 24th Marine Regiment and assumed the billet of Platoon Sergeant.

In May of 2004, 2nd Battalion 24th Marine Regiment was mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom2.2, Sergeant Major Weber was re-assigned as a vehicle commander / squad leader with Mobile Strike Team 3. During deployment he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.

Upon his return, Sergeant Major Weber remained with Weapons Company and served as a Platoon Sergeant with Mobile Strike Team 3.

In Feb of 2007, Sergeant Major Weber again deployed with 2nd Battalion 24th Marine Regiment as a Platoon Sergeant of Mobile Assault Platoon 3 during Operation Iraqi Freedom 12.2. During deployment he was promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.

In May of 2008 Sergeant Major Weber returned with 2nd Battalion 24th Marine Regiment and remained with Weapons Company, he then was assigned as Platoon Commander and later Company Gunnery Sergeant and Operations Chief.

In February of 2012, Sergeant Major Weber was promoted to First Sergeant and assumed the duties as the company First Sergeant of Engineer Company Bravo, 6th Engineer Support Battalion.  In 2013 switched to Engineer Services Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 25 due to (FSRG).

In June of 2016, Sergeant Major Weber was re-assigned as Company First Sergeant of Engineer Company C, 6th Engineer Support Battalion.

In May of 2017, Sergeant Major Weber assumed his current position as the Battalion Sergeant Major for 2nd Battalion 24th Marine Regiment.
