Gary Smith, senior enlisted advisor of the 4th Marine Logistics Group, addresses leaders of the MLG after a “breakout discussion” meant to focus on what the senior enlisted can do to help implement the Commandant’s directive, “The Reawakening.” Leaders from 4th MLG participated in a commander’s conference in Leesburg, Va., May 3-4, 2014 to discuss the many challenges of implementing “The Reawakening,” a directive from the Commandant of the Marine Corps.
