MARFORRES commander Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian honors 227th Commandant Gen. Robert H. Barrow at wreath-laying ceremony

Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commander of Marine Forces North and Marine Forces Reserve, along with Sgt. Maj. Anthony Spadaro, MFR/MFN sergeant major, stand in solidarity during a wreath- laying ceremony to honor Gen. Robert H. Barrow, the 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps, at Grace Episcopal Church in St. Francisville, La., Nov. 10, 2015. Barrow’s children and several extended family and friends gathered to pay their respects to the former commandant who died Oct. 30, 2008.
