Lt. Gen. Rex C. McMillian, commander of Marine Forces North and Marine Forces Reserve, place a wreath at the gravesite of Gen. Robert H. Barrow, the 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps, during an annual ceremony held at Grace Episcopal Church in St. Francisville, La., Nov. 10, 2015.
