KATY, Texas – Marines along with joint integrated agencies work together in order to reconstruct the U.S. Army 1078 A1 5-ton trucks in Katy, Texas, Aug. 30, 2017. All military services are providing or preparing to provide assistance in support of FEMA and U.S. Northern Command.
