The color guard of Marine Forces Reserve and its major subordinate commands stand during the change of command ceremony of Maj. Gen. Michael S. Martin, outgoing commanding general, 4th Marine Division, to Maj. Gen. Michael F. Fahey, incoming commanding general, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Oct. 2, 2020.
