Enlisted Marines participated in the commander's inaugural Summer Officer Tour to gain insight into the journey of becoming a Marine Corps Officer. Marine Forces Reserve is seeking to identify high performing Active Component, Active Reserve and Selected Marine Corps Reserve Marines, who offer unique perspectives, to pursue a commission as an officer in an effort to better prepare the Marine Corps Total Force to meet future threats.
