Master Sgt. Michael Murphy, equal opportunity advisor for Marine Forces Reserve, is awarded the Equal Opportunity Advisor of the Year award by Lt. Gen. David G. Bellon, Commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South, at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Dec. 20, 2021. On Oct. 15, 2021, a selection board convened to consider nominees with exemplary records that demonstrated a consistently high level of performance that significantly and positively impacted their commands’ Equal Opportunity programs.
