First Sergeant Majszak enlisted in the Marine Corps in August 2004 and attended recruit training aboard MCRD San Diego. Upon graduation, he completed Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry in Camp Pendleton, CA and was assigned the MOS of 0311 Infantry Rifleman.
In February 2005, First Sergeant Majszak was assigned to Echo Company, 2nd Battalion 1st Marines for duty as a rifleman. During this assignment, he served as a rifleman, team leader, squad leader, and was promoted to Corporal. Additionally, he completed three deployments with 2nd Battalion 1st Marines, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit in 2005, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit in 2008 and a Military Transition Team to Iraq in 2009. During this time, he attended Marine Combat Water Survival School.
In September 2009, First Sergeant Majszak reported to 1st Marine Regiment to serve as Chief Marine Combat Water Survival Instructor. While at 1st Marine Regiment, he completed the Infantry Squad Leaders Course. Additionally, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
In November 2010, First Sergeant Majszak reported to Basic Recruiter School, upon graduation was requested by Recruiting Station Chicago to serve at Recruiting Sub Station North Center. While at Recruiting Station Chicago, he served as canvasing recruiter and Staff Non-Commissioned officer in charge.
In December 2014, First Sergeant Majszak received orders to 2d Battalion 6th Marines. During this time he deployed on the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit. While on deployment he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and shortly after received assignment to 3rd Platoon Golf Company. During this time he attended Sergeants Course, Infantry Small Unit Leaders, Career Course, and Infantry Unit Leaders.
In July 2017, First Sergeant Majszak reported to Marine Combat Instructor School, SOI-E, and MCB Camp Geiger, NC where he served as a Combat Instructor from July 2017 to September 2020. During his tour in SOI-E, he served as a Combat Instructor in Marine Combat Training Battalion, Instructor Group Team Lead, Platoon Commander, Company Gunnery Sergeant, and as a Chief Combat Instructor. He was also promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.
In September 2020, First Sergeant Majszak reported to 2nd Battalion 1st Marine Regiment, MCB Camp Pendleton. During his time with 2nd Battalion 1st Marine Regiment, he completed one deployment: on the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force in support of Afghanistan’s Non-Combatant Evacuation.
In June 2023 First Sergeant Majszak was promoted to his current rank and reported to India Company 3rd Battalion 25th Marines in Johnson City Tn as the Company First Sergeant.
His personal awards include Navy Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat C and gold star in lieu of second award. Navy, Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Combat Action Ribbon with gold star in lieu of second award.
