First Sergeant Carl Page IV enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in July 2006 and began his journey at Marine Corps Recruit
Depot, San Diego, California. Following recruit training, he reported to the School of Infantry-West, Infantry Training Battalion, where
he earned the MOS of 0311 and was meritoriously promoted to Lance Corporal.
In January 2007, Lance Corporal Page was assigned to Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines. He completed the Marine Assault
Climber Course in July 2007 and was promoted to Corporal in February 2009. In April 2010, he graduated from the Infantry Squad
Leaders Course and received a meritorious promotion to Sergeant in August 2010. During this time, Sergeant Page deployed as a Team
Leader with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, as a Team Leader to Nawa, Afghanistan, and as a Squad Leader to Helmand
Province, Afghanistan.
Assigned to the School of Infantry-West in October 2012, Sergeant Page began his duty as a Combat Instructor. He was meritoriously
promoted to Staff Sergeant in January 2015 and graduated from the Infantry Unit Leaders Course in December of the same year. While
at Infantry Training Battalion, he served as a Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Commander, and 0311 Course Chief.
From December 2015 to May 2019, Staff Sergeant Page served in a variety of roles across multiple assignments. He was first assigned
to Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Marines, where he deployed as a Platoon Sergeant with Marine Rotational Force-Darwin. In April
2017, he transitioned to Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 1, serving as the Operations and Training Chief. In May 2019, he joined
Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marines, and deployed to Okinawa, Japan as a Platoon Sergeant. He was promoted to Gunnery
Sergeant in October 2020.
Returning to the School of Infantry-East in July 2021, Gunnery Sergeant Page took on multiple roles, including Battalion Course Chief,
Chief Instructor for the Marine Combat Instructor Course, and Unit Senior Enlisted Leader for Alpha Company. In August of 2024,
1stSgt Page was promoted to his present rank.
Currently, First Sergeant Page serves as the Inspector-Instructor Unit Senior Enlisted Leader for Quebec Battery, 5th Battalion, 14th
Marine Regiment, a role he assumed in November 2024.
First Sergeant Page's personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with two gold stars, the Navy and
Marine Corps Achievement Medal with a combat distinguishing device and three gold stars, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
First Sergeant Page holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
