U.S. Marines with Headquarters Battalion, Marine Forces Reserve support Combat Logistics Regiment 4, 4th Marine Logistics Group, MarineForces Reserve in the conduct of full spectrum chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) training at Volunteer Training Site Catoosa in Tunnel Hill, Ga. The purpose of this training was to enhance the CBRN skill sets in a practical environment. The Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) CBRN Consequence Management set of equipment will increase the MAGTF commander’s reconnaissance capability by permitting operations into known and unknown environments and provide the MAGTF commander with an increased CBRN and toxicological industrial material detection and identification capability.
