Innovative Readiness Training Kodiak Care - 21

ABOUT

The United States Department of Defense Arctic Care Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) Program in partnership, with the Kodiak Area Native Association, will present “Arctic Care 2021”, a no-cost medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services program to the communities on Kodiak Island from May 5-13, 2021. Arctic Care provides training opportunities to military units while providing incidental benefit to communities via no-cost healthcare. The healthcare services will be tailored to the individual needs of each rural community.

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. – Sgt. Maj. Coppes, the Sgt. Maj. of Combat Logistics Battalion 453, Combat Logistics Regiment 4, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve, talks to the Marines of CLB-453, during Integrated Training Exercise 4-17 in Twentynine Palms, California on June 22, 2017. Sgt. Maj. Coppes visited the Marines to ensure they were prepared to provide support to 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, MARFORRES during the final battalion exercise of ITX 4-17.
