Senior Leaders Leave Their Ranks at the Door
Senior leaders from across Marine Forces Reserve use teamwork to work on untangling themselves from a human knot while participating in an exercise during the Senior Leadership Workshop at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 23-26, 2017. The Marines and Sailors participated in multiple exercises and discussions that address differences in leadership styles, perspectives, experiences, backgrounds and more. The workshop aims to emphasize the importance of open communication and equal opportunity, and to demonstrate their effects on unit cohesion, mission accomplishment and mission readiness.
