Senior Leaders Leave Their Ranks at the Door
Master Sgt. Steve Pope, an instructor from the Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal, participates in group discussion during the Senior Leadership Workshop at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans, Jan. 23-26, 2017. The workshop aims to open communication about the importance of equal opportunity issues such as discrimination, power, gender, ethnicity, sexism, diversity, leadership influence and more.
