Bobby Tagle (right), communications chief for 4th Marine Logistics Group, and members of his temperament group identified areas of financial readiness that can benefit servicemembers and their families by planning prior to deployment. This exercise emphasized how the four temperament types prepare for and react differently to the various phases of deployment.
