Vanessa Gonzalez, food service technician with Headquarters Battery, 14th Marine Regiment take charge of preparing the shrimp that was part of the warrior meal. The bacon-wrapped shrimp was one of a six-course meal that was served to the Reserve Marines and Sailors who participated in the Marine Forces Reserve exercises Javelin Thrust and Texas Phoenix at Fort Hood, Texas June 6-20. The 14th Marine Regiment and 4th Marine Logistics Group combined forces to prepare more than 1,800 warrior meals.
