Staff Sgt. Jim Angulo from Headquarters and Service Company, 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment uses the Handheld Interagency Identification Detection Equipment device to record the fingerprints of an inhabitant of a house where his squad found explosive-making materials during a training exercise here June 27, 2008.
