Ratliff, HMLA-773 aerial observer, looks out the side of a UH-1N Huey helicopter while an AH-1 Cobra offers aerial support during a close air support exercise at Operation Javelin Thrust July 21. The crew of the Huey eliminated simulated targets with M2 .50-caliber machine gun and M240 machine fire.
