25th Marine Regiment Celebrates the Centennial of the Marine Corps Reserve in Boston, Massachusetts, Nov. 11-13, 2016

25th Marine Regiment and Marine Corps Band New Orleans will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with a series of events that recognize the long standing and resilient bond between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, 25th Marine Regiment and the Marine Corps Reserve.

Massachusetts Fallen Heroes Wreath Laying Ceremony

Join the Massachusetts Fallen Heroes and 25th Marines on Veterans Day, Friday, Nov. 11th, for a wreath laying ceremony at 2 pm at the Iraq and Afghanistan Memorial, located at 85 Northern Ave, Boston, MA. Concert: A Century of Service – Plymouth Memorial Hall

Join Marine Corps Band New Orleans as they present "A Century of Service" at Plymouth Memorial Hall on Friday, Nov. 11th. This Centennial concert is free, open to the public and highlights the accomplishments and contributions of the Marine Corps Reserve for the past 100 years. Show time is 7:30 pm. Disabled American Veterans 5K Run – Castle Island, Boston

Come and support the Marines of the 25th Marine Regiment on Saturday, Nov. 12th as they participate in the Disabled American Veterans 5k Run, in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Marine Corps Reserve. The Marines will kick off the run at 8:45 am, and the general public will start at 9:00 am. For more information and/or to register for the race visit: http://www.dav5k.org.

Military Equipment, Historical Display, Concert

Free to the public. Static displays of modern military equipment will be available for viewing from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, Nov. 12th at the Iraq and Afghanistan Memorial, Boston. Come and celebrate the 241st Marine Corps Birthday with the 25th Marine Regiment at 2
