On behalf of the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve, welcome to the MFR Family Readiness page.
The Marine Corps values the support and contributions of our families across the country. Family Programs not only benefit service members and their families, but also have a positive impact on a unit's morale and readiness.
The importance our families play in the readiness of MFR cannot be over-emphasized. Family Readiness Programs are vital to the readiness and health of our units. Our goal is to have all MFR families ready for the eventuality of their service member being deployed in harms way and by doing so, better prepare our families for the day-to-day challenges of life- it is mission first and people always.
Family Readiness offers a variety of services to support military families during these stressful times. Family Readiness programs are ready made for the unique demands of military life.
This site is provided to give those information and referral resources to family members of married and single Marines and Sailors.
