Age 29, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Cpl. Shoemaker died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. He was assigned to 1^st Battalion, 25^th Marine Regiment, 4^th Marine Division, Marine Forces Reserve and attached to I MEF. He died on September 4, 2006.
