First Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz is a native of Tucson, AZ. He enlisted in the Marine Corps in June 2006. Upon completion of recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, CA, he attended and graduated from the School of Infantry as an 0311 Rifleman aboard Camp Pendelton, CA in March 2007. While attending 0311 rifleman training, he was selected to attend the Basic Reconnaissance Course after graduating from Infantry Training Battalion. After graduating the Basic Reconnaissance Course Class 01-07 in September 2007, Private First Class DelarosaBuglewicz was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal and assigned the Military Occupational Specialty 0321 Reconnaissance Marine and transferred to 2D Reconnaissance Battalion aboard Camp Lejeune, NC where he served as a Reconnaissance Scout.
In June 2008, Lance Corporal DelarosaBuglewicz was promoted to the rank of Corporal and deployed with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit in May 2009. While on that deployment, he was then promoted to the rank of Sergeant in July 2009.
Shortly after returning from his first deployment in December 2009, Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz was then redeployed with the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit to Operation United Response for a Humanitarian Aid Deployment to Haiti in January 2010 and served as a Reconnaissance Assistant Team Leader.
Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz then deployed to Afghanistan in November 2010 during Operation Enduring Freedom and served as a Reconnaissance Assistant Team Leader where he received a Purple Heart due to injuries sustained in Afghanistan in March 2011 as well as a Combat Action Ribbon.
In September 2011, Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz left active duty and transferred to the Marine Corps Reserves. He was then placed with Bravo Company, 4th Reconnaissance Bn, 4th Marine Division and served as a Reconnaissance Team Leader. In May of 2014, he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant and earned his Associates Degree in Fire Science.
Shortly after being promoted, Staff Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz mobilized with Wounded Warrior Battalion- East aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. There, Staff Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz served as a Section Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and Company Gunnery Sergeant supporting Wounded, Ill, and Inured Service Members. Staff Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in May 2015.
Staff Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz was offered a position aboard Wounded Warrior Battalion-East to serve as a civilian contractor in the role of a Recovery Care Coordinator and demobilized in April 2018.
In May 2018, Staff Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz then rejoined Bravo Company, 4th Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Marine Division and served as a Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant. He served as a Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant for two years and then transfered to Deployment Processing Command - Reserve Support Unit East aboard Camp Lejeune, NC in April 2020. There he served as a Section Leader and earned his Masters Degree in Strategic Military Leadership. In April 2023, Staff Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz was promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.
In April 2025, Gunnery Sergeant DelrosaBuglewicz transferred to Charlie Company, 4th Reconnaissance Battalion, 4th Marine Division, and served as an Assistant Operations Chief. In August 2025, Gunnery Sergeant DealrosaBuglewicz was selected to the rank of First Sergeant.
In November 2025, Gunnery Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz was Frocked as First Sergeant and was selected to transfer to Bravo Company, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion serving as Company Senior Enlisted Leader.
First Sergeant DelarosaBuglewicz's decorations include the Purple Heart, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal in lieu of second award, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
