Captain Jeremiah C. Reynolds is a native of Vancouver, Washington. He graduated from Union High School in 2014, and attended Central Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice. In September 2021, he commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and reported to Quantico, VA for enrollment in The Basic School (TBS). Upon graduation from The Basic School in June 2022, he reported to Fort Sill, Oklahoma for instruction in the Marine Artillery Officers Basic Course. Graduating in November 2022, Second Lieutenant Reynolds executed orders to 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment in Camp Pendleton, California.

In April 2023, Lt. Reynolds deployed on the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines where he supported the planning and execution of the Marine Expeditionary Unit's Certification and Exercise Talisman Sabre aboard the USS New Orleans. He was promoted to First Lieutenant while deployed in September 2023. After his return, he was assigned to Sierra Battery, 1st Battalion, 11th Marines where he served as a Fire Direction Officer and subsequently as a Platoon Commander. In May of 2024, Lt Reynolds became Executive Officer for the newly activated Delta Battery. In October 2024, Lt Reynolds, deployed to Okinawa, Japan on UDP 25.1 where he supported the planning and execution of ARTP 24.4, HIRAINS, and the Alert Contingency MAGTF. In July 2025 Lt. Reynolds was assigned to serve as the Executive Officer for Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 11th Marines where he oversaw training and the execution of multiple battalion through Division level exercises.

In May 2026, Captain Reynolds executed orders to Battery P, 5th Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, aboard Yakima Training Center, Washington where he currently serves as the Inspector-Instructor.
