First Lieutenant Dylan P. Henderson
Inspector-Instructor
Support Company, 4th Law Enforcement Battalion

First Lieutenant Henderson is a native of Commerce Township, MI. He graduated from Lakeland High School in White Lake, MI in 2015. He attended Norwich University in 2015 and attended Officer Candidate School in June of 2018. He graduated Norwich University with a B.S. in Health Sciences and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in May 2019. After commissioning, Second Lieutenant Henderson reported to Echo Company 5-19, The Basic School in June 2019. Second Lieutenant Henderson graduated December 2019. Second Lieutenant Henderson then reported to Military Police Officer Basic Course, Fort Leonard Wood, MO.

After graduating Military Police Officer Basic Course, Second Lieutenant Henderson reported to Provost Marshal’s Office, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, NC. While at the Provost Marshal’s Office Second Lieutenant Henderson served as Platoon Commander and Special Operations Section OIC. During this period, First Lieutenant Henderson attended Inter-service Non-lethal Individual Weapons Instructor Course, Special Reaction Team Course Phase I, and Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival Course.

In March 2022, First Lieutenant Henderson was reassigned to Range Management Department as the Deputy Director and oversaw the Installation’s Marine Corps Water Survival Training Program. 

In August 2022, First Lieutenant Henderson reported to Support Company as the Inspector- Instructor in Wahpeton, ND.

His personal decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.
