Olsen, Lance Cpl. Nigel K.

Age 23, Orem, Utah

Lance Cpl. Olsen died from wounds sustained during combat action in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. He was assigned to Company C, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, headquartered in Riverton, Utah. While deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, his unit was attached to Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Afghanistan. He died on March 4, 2010.
