Greene, Lt. Col. David S.

Age 39, Raleigh, North Carolina

Lt. Col. Greene was killed while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar Province, Iraq. He was assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 775, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif. He died on July 28, 2004.
