Major White earned his Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Concord University and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant via the Platoon Leaders Course in March 2011. September 2011 he reported to the The Basic School and was designated an Infantry Officer. Following Infantry Officer Course he was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
In September 2012 Second Lieutenant White assumed his duties as Platoon Commander, 1st Platoon, Company G and in April 2013 the battalion deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. August 2014 1st Lt White assumed his duties as Platoon Commander, Combined Anti-Armor Team, 1st Platoon, Weapons Company. March 2015 the battalion deployed to Romania as part of the Black Sea Rotational Force.
In October 2015 Captain White received orders to III MEF with the Fire and Effects Coordination Cell and assumed duties as the Information Operations Officer. There he served as the Operations Security, Military Deception, and Information Operations Planner in support of III MEF and 3d MEB operations and exercises.
In September 2018 Captain White received orders to 5th Marine Regiment in Camp Pendleton, California and served as the Headquarters Company Commander.
In August 2020 Captain White reported to the Lejeune Leadership Institute, Education Command, Quantico Virginia and assumed his duties as Program Manager for the Military Leadership Development Program.
In July 2023Major White assumed his duties as Inspector and Instructor of Company F, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion.
Major White completed the Expeditionary Warfare School Blended Seminar Program and Marine Corps Command and Staff Distance Education Program. His personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal with gold star, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
