Captain Parsons is a native of Littlerock, California. She reported to Officer Candidate School, commissioning in August 2018, and then attended The Basic School. After graduating from Logistics Officer Course in September 2019, she served as 3d Platoon Commander for Truck Company, 23d Marine Regiment. After promoting to First Lieutenant, she conducted her active duty experience tour as S-4 Officer for Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3 in Okinawa.
At the conclusion of her experience tour, First Lieutenant Parsons graduated Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor Course 111-22 at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego. She then mobilized for Operation Allies Welcome (OAW), serving at Fort Pickett, Virginia as Company Commander for Headquarters and Service Company, 23d Marine Regiment. First Lieutenant Parsons then returned to serve as Operations Officer for Truck Company, 23d Marine Regiment. In March 2023, she promoted to Captain and now serves as Company Commander for Truck Company, 23d Marine Regiment.
Captain Parsons' education includes Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Music in Music Education from The Master's University in 2016. She has been awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
