About

Marines from 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in exercise Riley Xanten II, in Burwash, Ontario, Feb. 3-5, 2017. During the exercise, the Marines joined soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces to exchange knowledge and increase proficiency in cold weather tactics, survival skills, shelter building, ice fishing, and more.

4th MAW supports IRT Old Harbor
Marines from Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 471, Marine Aircraft Group 41, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, unload engineering equipment using a Rubber-Tired, Articulated Steering, Multi-Purpose Tractor in Old Harbor, Alaska, April 7, 2014. The engineer equipment will be used during Innovative Readiness Training Old Harbor, a project to extend a remote runway beginning in May running through August. The project will continue work started by the Marine Corps Reserve in 2013 to extend a remote village runway by about 2000 feet.
