About

Marines from 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in exercise Riley Xanten II, in Burwash, Ontario, Feb. 3-5, 2017. During the exercise, the Marines joined soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces to exchange knowledge and increase proficiency in cold weather tactics, survival skills, shelter building, ice fishing, and more.

Veteran Salute day

Lt. Gen. Richard P. Mills, commander of Marine Forces Reserve, and fellow military officers represent their service branch during a Veteran Salute day presentation at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Nov. 9, 2014. Veteran Salute day is part of the National Football League’s annual Salute to Service campaign in which, throughout the month, teams designate one home game to honor the military.
