Chief Warrant Officer 3 Michael J. The performance was the third in the regional concert series that served to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. Toys for Tots is a nationwide program that collects new, unwrapped toys for less-fortunate children in the community. Since its inception in 1947, Toys for Tots has distributed 512 million toys to 237 million children.
