About

Marines from 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in exercise Riley Xanten II, in Burwash, Ontario, Feb. 3-5, 2017. During the exercise, the Marines joined soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces to exchange knowledge and increase proficiency in cold weather tactics, survival skills, shelter building, ice fishing, and more.

Admiral James S. Russell Naval Aviation Flight Safety Award Ceremony

Maj. Jonathan Hansen, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing director of safety and standardization, catches a coin from Lt. Gen. Nicholas Kehoe, USAF (ret.), the national commander of the Order of the Daedalians, during an award ceremony on Nov. 13, 2020 at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans. Pilots with 4th MAW flew more than 20,000 hours with no Class A flight-related or aviation-ground mishaps, which placed it at the top of other competitive commands.
