Marines from 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in exercise Riley Xanten II, in Burwash, Ontario, Feb. 3-5, 2017. During the exercise, the Marines joined soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces to exchange knowledge and increase proficiency in cold weather tactics, survival skills, shelter building, ice fishing, and more.

UNITAS 2022

U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Julio Arias with 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, Marine Forces Reserve, in support of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force UNITAS LXIII, monitors his headset during call for fire drills as part of exercise UNITAS LXIII at São Pedro da Aldeia, Brazil, Sept. 5, 2022. Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 773 and 4th ANGLICO cross trained with the Brazilian Marine Corps by conducting simulated close air support drills, which consists of locating targets from the ground and relaying coordinates to assets in the sky to destroy. UNITAS trains forces to conduct joint maritime operations through the execution of anti-surface, anti-submarine, anti-air, amphibious and electronic warfare operations that enhance warfighting proficiency and increase interoperability among participating naval and marine forces.
