Marines from 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in exercise Riley Xanten II, in Burwash, Ontario, Feb. 3-5, 2017. During the exercise, the Marines joined soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces to exchange knowledge and increase proficiency in cold weather tactics, survival skills, shelter building, ice fishing, and more.

Wreath Laying Ceremony for Robert Barrow, the 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps 2022

U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Jahmon Hardwick, a Marine with the Marines Forces Reserve color guard, prepares to present the national colors to the National Anthem during a wreath laying ceremony on Nov. 10, 2022 at Grace Episcopal Church in Saint Francisville, Louisiana. Cpl. Hardwick graduated from Sandalwood Senior High School in Jacksonville, FL and enlisted in the Marine Corps for better opportunities in his future. The ceremony is an annual event that takes place on the Marine Corps birthday at Gen. Robert H. Barrow's gravesite, who served as the 27th Commandant of the Marine Corps.
