Marines from 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, participate in exercise Riley Xanten II, in Burwash, Ontario, Feb. 3-5, 2017. During the exercise, the Marines joined soldiers from the Canadian Armed Forces to exchange knowledge and increase proficiency in cold weather tactics, survival skills, shelter building, ice fishing, and more.

Funeral Service for Lt.Gen. John H. Miller

U.S. Marines pay final respects to deceased Lt. Gen. John H. Miller (ret.) at Aggie Field of Honor and Memorial Cemetery, College Station, Texas, Dec. 5, 2025. Lt. Gen. Miller (ret.), highly decorated Marine, served loyally for nearly four decades in the United States Marine Corps. He began his career in 1943, enlisting in the Marine Corps Reserve, attended and commissioned as a Marine Corps officer out of Texas A&M and retired as a Lt. Gen., serving in three different wars.
