Lt. Gen. Steven A. Hummer, commander of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, talks with Sgt. Ballard Hall, a Wounded Warrior from Biloxi, Mo., at a John Besh Luncheon at Borgne Restaurant, April 21, 2012.
