The Director of the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, Command Master Chief Richard Curtis (AW/IDW/SS/SW) (left), congratulates Master Sgt. William Call, the bandmaster for Marine Corps Band New Orleans, for achieving the highest overall grade point average for Class 188 and as a result being named as the class honor graduate, during the graduation ceremony held in Newport, R.I., July 24, 2015.
