About

Marines of Marine Forces Reserve are participating in WTI 1-18 during their annual training to increase their proficiency with the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and to build experience using HIMARS to fire Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System rockets, advancing their combat effectiveness and readiness for future exercises and deployments.

Marines with Martial Arts Instructor Course 1-19 conduct a 3-mile run
U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Zachary Hilko, an aviation supply chief with Marine Aircraft Group 49, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, low crawls during a 3-mile run at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans on May 15, 2019. The students were required to carry ammo cans and mokuju bayonet trainers throughout the entire run and for each obstacle.
