Marines of Marine Forces Reserve are participating in WTI 1-18 during their annual training to increase their proficiency with the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and to build experience using HIMARS to fire Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System rockets, advancing their combat effectiveness and readiness for future exercises and deployments.

UNITAS 2022

A U.S. Marine with 4th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, Marine Forces Reserve, in support of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force UNITAS LXIII, is prepped to enter a Brazilian Air Force medical helicopter during a simulated casualty evacuation during exercise UNITAS LXIII, Santa Cruz Air Force Base, Rio de Janeiro, Sept. 7, 2022. 4th ANGLICO and the Brazilian Marine Corps tested the capability of transporting wounded marines by Brazilian military medical units. UNITAS trains forces to conduct joint maritime operations through the execution of anti-surface, anti-submarine, anti-air, amphibious and electronic warfare operations that enhance warfighting proficiency and increase interoperability among participating naval and marine forces.
